okay so now this starts. so many emotional factors at this time. But if I don't start now I don't know when I ever will. feeling a little burnt out already but hopefully this will influence some positive momentum.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
