Four pounds in my first week! I am so happy!I was very hestitant about going on a diet, because nothing has ever really worked for me, but 4 pounds in one week?! I'll take that! I just need to make sure I remain strong and dedicated when I hit a plateau.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
