Been VR boxing for a week. Meal prep with rice, beans, lentils, and curry. Keeping under 2000 calories but not a big deficit.

Slow and steady. My mood is good.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
