i sure would like to stop at culvers for a shake... aaaaah

Don't do it! : ) Stop and buy yourself the ingredients for a healthy lowfat smoothie. Try a cup of frozen mixed berries, 1/4 cup skim milk and a container of your favoriet lowfat/fat free yogurt. I like the Light & Fit blueberry. It's just as good as a shake and better for you!
