Been working out at the YMCA and getting into shape. My goal is to build my muscles and endurance to walk the trails.

Hope everyone is doing well on their goals!
175.3 lb Lost so far: 32.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
