My weight has remained steady for a year so I will be leaving this site at the end of the year.

I can't believe it's been almost a month. I was working on going to the YMCA but ended up with Omicron.

I had one day of fever but lots of pain and now a rash that I can't seem to get rid of.

Oh well, I plan on going back and will be careful not to spread the rash.

Been working out at the YMCA and getting into shape. My goal is to build my muscles and endurance to walk the trails.

I got below 180lbs and have started working out at the YMCA! I went there two days in a row.

Day 1: I got on the tread mill and walked for 15 minutes; I got on the stationary bike and pedaled for 15 minutes.

Day 2 I got on the stationary bike and pedaled for 15 minutes and then I did the butterfly machine 25lbs 2 sets of 10 reps.

Weigh-in: 179.1 lb

lost so far: 28.9 lb

still to go: 0 lb

I made it through the holidays only gaining 4.4lbs. Getting back on track to get just below 180lbs.

I've got my membership to the Y and plan on working out by the end of this month if not sooner.

I also plan on walking the trails by next month in the southeast and Texas by the start of February.
