Yesterday I had to break keto. I felt kinda starved. I bought a Avacados but they Weren’t ready to eat yet. I made shepherds pie for dinner and ate 2 cups of that it was so good I know potatoes aren’t in the deal but figured once a week isn’t bad. Trying to celebrate success and a great the rest of the day. And again 158.2 is better than 67
158.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least you chose healthy food instead of Junk. That's always a Win. Stress is part of having little people in the house, teens are just another level! Ask yourself what you are going to feel like after you eat something, before you actually put it in your mouth. I am amazed at how many things I choose not to eat. You will find what works for you. Just be sure it is a lifestyle not a diet! You can do anything!
