Hello, Fluctuation. I've been expecting you. Haven't missed you, though.

Yesterday, I felt like I just kept eating and eating and eating... but I made sane choices and kept at a good level of calories. Wife made home-made burgers for dinner, and they were so good that I just HAD to go for seconds. It was fine regarding to my calorie intake, but not fine regarding my stomach. Too much food, too heavy and today I suffer. I feel bloated, queezy and generally just bad. I hope I learn from it. :)

Anyways, my new "high weigh-in" is so much lower than they have been before, and it will be gone soon again. No biggie.

Life is good.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 90.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
