Good afternoon. I weighed in at 134.6 last week, however, I don't want to get caught up with my weight right now. One, because it's water weight increase time, second, I am looking to firm up muscle so that'll be more weight. I'm focusing on abs definition and sticking to my protein, low carb and vegetable regiment along with my Insanity and abs weight training. Let's see what happens. 😁😁😁
