45 min-Arc Trainer, 30 min-Circuit training. Paula was a bitch last night because I didn't have dinner for her at 10pm when she got home. I still love her though....
246.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
