Actual: .2 lb. loss

Yay, a plateau! And here I thought I was doing well this week. Oh well.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get discouraged CJ. A half pound less than expected is hardly a plateau. You may have just eaten something a little too salty in the last day or so and are retaining water. Counting calories is great but keep in mind the other factors that contribute to weight fluctuations. You doing awesome regardless!

Thanks, but it's not half a pound... you missed a decimal point. I only lost .2 pounds, or less than a quarter pound. It was bound to happen at some point, and there have been weeks where I've lost more than expected, so it's all good. Perhaps next week it will go down more. Still, it's a total loss of 44 lbs, which I'm quite happy with. Would like to get to 50 though.

Oh whoops! Sorry, I'm blind. lol! At least now you know it's happening so you can fix it in the coming week. You're still doing very well. =)
