Muscle 76.7 lbs, Body fat 28.6%

Really hope those are DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) related gains, but who knows. Not going to worry about it for now.
113.8 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
