I am excited. Another excellent waypoint on my long and winding journey. Really, I can't take the weighing in more than once a week, or I'll go nuts, though it makes me wonder during the week just what is going on.
Good luck to me this week, and to anyone who might happen to be reading along!

I hated the thought of weighing daily, but it really does keep you on track. I've lost my 1st 25 lbs with 26 more to go and it's very encouraging to see the scale drop 1/2 lb every couple of days. Weighing daily saved many calories when we had company for a week. Lots of temptations were nipped in the bud!

LOL! I'm with you on this one, Elizabeth. My nerves would be shot if I had to step on the scale more than once a week. Menopause has me all over the place and really I've just been very lucky that, for the most part, Saturday mornings have been my friend and the scales have let me see a drop in number. The one time I tried jumping on the scales midweek, is going to be my last!
