Good News Only! Happy Monday everyone. Got my weigh in done and my food is made for the day and tomorrow. I have done a lot of reflecting and examining my life and issues around food and weight. Today I am starting a 10 week/30 lb program. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step,right? My journey begins with the first bite. My affirmation post-it reads, "I am one choice away from 185" as a reminder.

Thanks, everyone. I am determined to get this weight off and be done with it. I know it requires a lot of different things-planning, preparation, mindset, desire and mostly strength, because in the end the process of weight loss is very uncomfortable and stressful. I am prepared to face that discomfort this time. The training wheels are OFF! :-)
