20000 more steps to go for end of month.goal is 200000 steps per month. so far done 3000 and here I am in bed...😥
198.6 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ok managed to do 8000 steps so will be able to complete the months total.only 14000 more to do till monday...
