Are you tracking your food intake? It's the only way to know how much and what you are eating. It allows you to see if you are getting to much sodium or not enough protein. Studies also show people who track are more successful at weight loss than those who don't. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Sometimes you have to play around with them to see what works for you. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Processed foods contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some people. Gains can happen even when you do everything right. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
