It's really been a hard week. My health issues have really made things more difficult but I am not about to give up. The days that are the worst I just some kind of light walking that way I can say that I'm atleast making an attempt. I am looking forward to a more productive week next week.
229.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even when you slip up, go back the next day, Never give up. You didn't get over weight over night & you wont lose it over night either. DESIRE TO LOSE WILL GET YOU THERE
