Okay, starting the Jillian Michaels Making the Cut program. 30 days of no alcohol and training five days a week. Did the first workout today and actually really liked it, just need to make sure I don't slack on my half-marathon training. All this discipline, something's gotta get this weight off!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
