This is actually yesterday's weight, before I ate my weight in plantain chips and then, although I didn't record it, a day's worth of calories in Nestle's Quik late at night! What on earth??! I don't know...but, today is a new day... :)
216.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
