How could I possibly GAIN 600g since yesterday morning? I had less than 600 calories in total yesterday. I was so looking forward to a final weight loss this morning to complete my Lillie Ross soup diet week. I am shattered.

I also have pins and needles in my hands, a slight headache and I am feeling quite shaky, so I am off for a serious but sensible breakfast and I will simply be happy that I dropped a (still amazing) 3.3kg in one week. Now I need to lose a steady 500g per week to reach my September goal.

Thank you all for your wonderful support, you certainly contributed to my motivation.

Don't worry it could be bloating or water weight! Not possible to gain 600g of fat overnight! Wow 3.3kg in a week is fantastic!

If you check your foods, on Thursday 22 May, you ate plums and your fiber that day was 19.1 grams. On Sunday 25 May 2014 you ate cauliflower and broccoli and your fiber that day was 15.9 g. Your fiber has been slowly dropping too low.

Interesting point Deb, thanks - the pity is that I rarely eat enough fibre but I have a heap of psyllium husks so will start sprinkling. Thanks njashka8 too for your unwavering support.

You're welcome:-) what role does fibre play in weight loss? I know it's good for digestion and wellbeing but does not getting enough impact weight loss? (Apart from adding toilet weight to the weigh in hahaha)

Fibre keeps you fuller for longer, best thing for breakfast so you don't need a mid morning snack

True I forgot about that thanks rynni!do you have any good breakfast ideas I find that the high fibre cereals have a high GI or higher calories and eating fruit doesn't keep me full till lunch!

I go back to basics and build it from there, so like plain rolled oats with milk or greek yogurt, add things like coconut oil,goji berries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, honey etc whatever you like hell even choc chips =P

Yes the good old oatmeal! I just found an oatmeal/cinnamon pancake recipe that looks really quick and easy might try that for breakfast tomorrow.

That sounds nice as well, I have no patience to make pancakes not after last time, so I usually buy the shake mix and add oats and fruits into it =)

I'm afraid to ask but what happened last time?:-) can't be worse than the time I made soup at work and burnt it and the firebrigade nearly came!(it was in a hospital so they take the fire alarm very seriously!) This recipe looks super easy though it's from fatsecret under high fibre breakfast! I'm just trying to think of a way to avoid the sweetener but not use sugar. Banana maybe?

Looking at your diary I would not worry about weight gain not enough calories for your body to store as fat. I think as njashka8 said its just water.
