So, I definitely am within that 135 goal! However, I also know that a lot of that has to do with the fact that I am not drinking nearly as much before bed. This is mainly because of how often I woke up to take care of that excess water. I am also keeping in mind that I am taking today as my rest day, as I spent most of the day at the Sox home opener and needed a good day. I spoiled myself a bit. First time I've had a hamburger (double) with vegetables, a hotdog with ketchup and vegetables, and a couple of beers in months. Although it is not officially over my goal, I'm still in trouble. I don't regret it, though. I had a great time, and needed that.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
