Well I confess I had a handful of chocolate covered peanuts yesterday.
I am a bad bad boy. Also after all the turkey breast was gone I had some regular turkey. At first it seemed kinda lean. by the time I was done eating some skinless turkey, my hands felt like I just changed the oil in my truck. Funny never thought of turkey as a fat meat. On this diet after eating lean for a while, anything with any kind of fat seems like cake icing. Well anyhow no apparent weight loss for today. I hope I have learned my lesson.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
