Hells yeah. I'm totally pleased with myself. Have lost 50 pounds since Jan. 1st. Some might call it self starvation, but I'm already working on a plan to start eating more so I think i'm ok. The Internet says that 170-180 is the best weight for somebody my height. I'm gonna keep on the weight loss till I get there and then try my best to maintain that weight.
189.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
