Up 2, disappointed but not discouraged
276.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be sad... My weight can do that just evaluate what you ate. Did you have something really salty, etc? I had movie popcorn and gained 4 pounds but got them off quickly just by increasing my water intake buyer a though!! You can do it!!!!

it's ok! i can gain 2 from eating out. my body is very sensitive to eating out and sodium. you're doing so great!

Thanks for the boost guys. I dont plan to let a bad week defeat me...instead i just decided to take advantage of the sunshine and did a 4.9km walk/jog in 45min....so i will celebrate that today instead of worrying what the scale says :)

Drinking lots of water can help flush out salt that is lurking in your body.
