Today I walked to and from the school, it's approximately 4 miles in total. Up hill, down hill, up hill, down hill. It's a fantastic work out. This morning I ate a small homemade low fat banana muffin with a glass of water. It was amazing and it held me over until just about 3PM when I got home from classes. Right now I'm just waiting for my toddler to finish up her show before bed then I can relax with my cup of green tea and do some homework.
