Still going strong. Excited too. It just hit me that last night was my LAST plyometrics workout of the 90 days. This morning was also my last back/bicep workout. Talk about motivating. Anyways, I slept well, had a great breakfast, and had a great workout this morning. Looking for better results tomorrow morning. What makes this even more necessary, is the fact that I am going to the Sox home opener, and there will be many temptations there. I just have to keep the end in sight and behave. My goal is to be in good enough shape after the game to get through my yoga excercise.
