Still going strong. Excited too. It just hit me that last night was my LAST plyometrics workout of the 90 days. This morning was also my last back/bicep workout. Talk about motivating. Anyways, I slept well, had a great breakfast, and had a great workout this morning. Looking for better results tomorrow morning. What makes this even more necessary, is the fact that I am going to the Sox home opener, and there will be many temptations there. I just have to keep the end in sight and behave. My goal is to be in good enough shape after the game to get through my yoga excercise.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! You did a great job! When I did my first round last year, I didn't really lose any weight, although I did get very toned. I'm starting my 2nd week of round 2 right now and hope to have results like you!
