One thing that bothers me about fat secret is this "You can't post so soon after another journal post." Why not? it's my journal??? Anywho, this post was for yesterday:

As some of you may know, is I work in foodservice. This makes it difficult for me by a lot. There's lots of tasty food around for me to indulge in on a whim and not even think twice about it until it's too late. 5 days into April and I have only had one cookie, I have resisted french fries, pizza, breakfast burritos, and today banana nut bread.

From past experience, limiting carbs has always been my best bet to lose weight. The key word being "limit". I love sweet breads, especially if they have pumpkin in them. That's my weak spot. I have four cans of pumpkin in my pantry for pumpkin craving emergencies. :p

It's inventory day, and I've only done it by myself a few times. I get to do it today which makes for quite a long day. Got to work at 5:30 and will probably be here until 4. I have a long day ahead of me around yummy food...
217.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
