What an awesome surprise this morning. My hard work is now starting to pay off. I was getting a bit disappointed because in spite of working out for an hour and being really careful about what I ate I wasn't seeing results; but today.....Yes!
222.2 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
