I made some HORRIBLE food decisions yesterday. I didnt pack my breakfast / lunch and went downhill from there. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!! Ended up going home and having a mcdonalds combo and a huge glass of chocolate milk. Ugh. I'd rather not eat anything at all than eat what I did. It definitely explains my sluggish feeling this morning. (which I also bombed with my tim hortons. Such a weakness) Here's to some major @$$ kicking at the gym and making some better choices the rest of the day.

When I would eat lunch at Mc D's in the past I'd feel sluggish right after eating it, like my body was giving me immediate feedback. Just chalk up yesterday as a learning experience and leave it behind you. Cheering you on to kick major @$$ today!
