Soup diet works.
Day one is all the home made vegetable soup you want (52 calories per cup if you follow Lillie Ross recipe), all the fruit you want except bananas and a small baked potato for dinner as well.
I have morning coffee and fish oil which is not part of the plan. Bad luck. First day enthusiasm had me restricting fruit to an apple for breakfast after my white coffee, then soup for lunch and green tea, two lots of soup for dinner and three plums and three more mugs of green tea. I also drank water throughout the day and treated myself to a late afternoon nap. No spud.
Great result so far, even if it is mostly liquid; I am happy and have the will to continue.
Today (now my coffee is finished) will be more soup and lots of non-starchy vegetables but no fruit.
Here we go!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds great! And what a good motivation to have such a nice loss after the first day! I eat lots of vegetable soups too! My favourite is pumpkin.

Thank goodness I didn't eat the potato - that is supposed to be for day 2, lol. Thanks for your support Njashka8, I really need it this week.
