At least it's something.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

That's an awesome loss for someone with only a tiny bit to lose (or anyone for that matter). Take out 6 sticks of butter, that is what a pound and a half of fat would look like.
