Alright! Back on the downswing with only a week and a half left. I just don't want any last minute absentmindedness ruining my success or further success. Yesterday was actually chest, tri, and shoulders, so it wasn't too crazy. Still feeling great. Today, plyometrics, so I'm going to have to dig deep into the motivation bag later on. Tomorrow is bis and back, I believe. I am looking forward to that way more.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
