Calorie limit is 650 cals per day. MUST NOT BINGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Snacks are limited to fruit and veggies only. Must drink a liter of water with lemon juice in the morning and night.

Who set this ridiculously low limit?? Your body will be more willing to let go of stored fat if it's getting proper nutrition. How is that possible on 650 calories a day? Obviously you're struggling with such a restrictive "program" if you can call it that. You don't have to be miserable & deprived to lose weight, you know. There are other ways that will give you the results you want if you're interested in exploring them.

yay i know, I was a little upset when writing that- my new limit in 1200 cals a day. I've already lost 4 pounds so it must be working :)
