Busy week, working in the yard wiped me out, since I'm the only one who does it, it takes forever. At over an acre of land, with the weed whacking and mowing, plus picking up junk that the horses have kicked up, it's just exhausting. After two days, I didn't want to do anything else.

So, didn't get on the treadmill at all, which is reflected in the fact that I gained a pound; I know I should have pushed on, but I just couldn't. Leona isn't that difficult to care for anymore, they're even considering taking her off Hospice (but probably won't because of her dementia), but they're doing more of the work now, so I have no excuse really, to NOT exercise. But I don't.

I don't feel I'm as motivated in this challenge as I was with the first one, which bothers me, because I know I need to keep up as much of the intensity as I can. Exercise has always been hard for me, but I remember how good I felt the first 3 months of the year when I really got into it, so I need to figure out a way to get that feeling back.

Okay, let's get this going!!
