feeling better, so I am wrapping up my omicron diet plan, and returning to a whole food diet plan. looking forward to re-entering the twoTeens weight category.!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
