Well...clearly, I've been avoiding the scale! March was a rough month, with problems in my sister's marriage making me absolutely distraught, getting sick, and travel...all reasons for a food addict to let things slide a bit! And I did! Actually weighed 224 when I finally got on the scale yesterday, but down a few today, whew! Obviously, however, need to get back down some more. Would really like to be down to 210 or below by Memorial Day weekend!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
