Today is Another Day since it's passed midnight here ..... I've really messed up the last 3 weeks or so .... no more am done deadline is in May I want everything to be perfect by then .. Life changing encounters realisation that my food addiction is over... Kindness understanding and real friendship that offers support & unconditional love & acceptance ..... feeling blessed thank you All ♥️♥️♥️
164.2 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
