I was gaining weight back until I was 1 lb
from my WW starting weight of 216 (7-4-2020)to (11-1-2020) I was down to 185.
And then all hell broke loose. My depression and anxiety increased along with my weight.
January 3rd 2022, I weighed 215 today January 8th
I weighed in at 211.5. Might not seem like a lot
But at least it’s going down instead of up.

211.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
