I have been really struggling lately with diet and exercising. I work on my feet for 8 or more hours a day, so the last thing I want to do is work out when I get home. Today I made myself get up and work out before work! That is a huge step forward for me haha! I feel good about this and I pray I can keep it up. I have a relay for live coming up next month!
301.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know what you're going through. I have a job where I'm on my feet all day. The one thing I did was as soon as I got I would go workout instead of resting. It helped me out cause now I have the energy to make it through the day.
