So after eating really big meals and having my way with alcohol on the 1st nad 2nd I went back to my routine. I never weighed myself cz I was scared of what I would see. So today I got on the scale and found that I only dropped 700g in 4 days. I'm starting to feel like I need to change my strategy.
242.5 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
