Working on my fiber and truly listing everything I eat. I'm feeling pumped about it and raring to go this upcoming week. I'm also review old books, getting organized, cleaning garage, and inventorying all my books on FictionDB.
I feel like I'm back on track with little steps. A few minutes of planning makes all the difference in the world. Last week I took a healthy lunch to work each day and fixed Steel Cut Oatmeal for breakfast using the Ab's Diet Ginger?Roger? recipe.
This upcoming I plan to continue the good breakfast, log my meals and count my fiber.
