I'm a diabetic and counting calories and grams of carbs, fats and protein. Over all it's not easy, giving up sugar and root vegs seem to be my IBS triggers, so finding fun tasty foods that fit my needs is't easy at all.
339.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 159.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.5 lb a week

There's another woman on here to with IBS.. She seems 2 have it undercontrol.. Hopefully you'll do good with the dieting!

Hi, Granny15! I'm the woman Jayjaycakez was talking about. I also have IBS. My triggers are wheat and rye, and sugar also aggravates my intestines. I've been incorporating meditation into my life and it is really helping. My brother has Crohn's disease and he uses biofeedback and the elimination of milk, corn, and wheat to stay in remission. Have you tried meditation?
