wow. oh well, the great thing about living a great eating plan, is that new years resolutions are for everyone else. this year, Saturday 1/1/22 was just another diet cheat day.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
