Now that I am into Cycle-2 I'm really not going to be so concerned about my weight as I was in Cycle-1. I think I'll go ahead and keep the original target weight at 140.0 though. If I happen to hit it again then that'll fine. But for now I'm more focussed on just getting better and staying that way as best I can.

Of course, I luv me some Jillian Michaels, and will stick with her stuff for the cardio. I got a bunch of her DVD's and I'm not afraid to use them.

Before I became ill, I was doing the 30- Day Shred, but never made it to 30 days
. (Even though I used a lot of her workouts for the full seven months prior to...).

So it has a bit of sentimental value for me that I complete it this time.

So this morning's routine reset me on that course

- (26min)-Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred (Day 01 of 30) Level-1 (Day 01 of 10).

149.0 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
