Yesterday was a great workout day, but I did manage to have a big dinner. It wasn't necessarily a fattening dinner, porkchops, green beans, potatoe, etc. However, this is definitely my concern for that extra pound. As long as I keep on top of it, I should be good though. Kenpo today. X-stretch tomorrow. Next week is my last official lifting week. Day 90 is right around the corner.
