Well the fourth came and went with no damage. I am down another almost 2lbs and so damn excited. I am almost at a 30lb loss. I am .8lbs away from it so I am now getting very eager.

267.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
