Raw almonds, roast beef, BPC, a grapefruit, 1 glass wine and longboarding. Much lower sodium and calories than usual, and sweat loss.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
