Still 136! No drop, but no gain. I consider it a victory. I had a great breakfast this morning, but it was a bit carb heavy. I'll definitely count on legs and back to take care of a large majority of that. I'm also going to cut back a bit on lunch and stack heavy on the protein at dinner. We'll see where I fall in tomorrow.
