WOW!! Calorie Counting does work. I am so excited. Week one and I have lost 5 pounds!!! (Actually it is seven...I weighed myself day one after I put my weight in thinking I was 189 and I was actually 191) However, I know that this weight loss will probbably slow down. BEing at the size that I am , which according to charts is obese, it is normal to lose a lot fast at first. I look forward to showing my results to my husband in 16 days
184.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congrats!! Keep up the good work. I realize that when I count my calories, I feel guilty about thinking about eating something bad, so then I usually don't. It also helps knowing my limit so that I can cater my meals to how many calories I have left allotted to me. And I'm sure your hubby will be as ezcited about seeing you as you will be to show yourself off. Keep it going!
