Took a turn for the worse last week. Too much company that messed up my routine. Think I need to excercise earlier so I won't get sidetracked and then just end up eating whatever, like I would never gain a pound ( how silly of me )
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
